A month or so back, I made a proposal to the FSW Members and Associates... Free State Wyoming oriented blogs... free of charge. I would install the software, set up the account, and turn the blogger loose. In return, they agree to post at LEAST once per week on their experiences in and getting to Wyoming, as well as your experiences with FSW (the org and the people). Posting more often is preferable.
The purpose of these blogs will be to provide visitors with a place to go to get a more intimate understanding of the organization and the people as well as of the state of Wyoming and the people/culture/attitudes/opportunities there. They are aimed more at the fence sitters, those who are curious about moving to Wyoming, particpating in FSW, and freedom in general. They may be used by the FSW organization for marketing purposes. They are there to help provide additional exposure. So, while the bloggers don't have to paint a rosey picture of the FSW, Wyoming, and the people all the time; if one is used to constantly put down the FSW, Wyoming, and the people, I will shut it down. I'm providing these as a tool to help FSW grow. If someone wants a platform to hinder that, go find your own hosting.
So far we have five people step up and accept the proposal. Links to the individual blogs are posted as replies to this message.
